It employs an entrepreneurship role model strategy to replace the traditional paid employment mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
To promote and foster entrepreneurship skills and mindset among students, inmates, and youth in Nigeria.
To enhance economic and financial literacy among women, children, youths, and students.
To empower youth and women through financial grants, skill acquisition programs, and community economic and financial sensitization.
To foster entrepreneurship and innovation through business pitching competitions and recognize outstanding ventures.
To provide humanitarian assistance and support to internally displaced persons (IDPs).
To cooperate with other organizations with similar objectives in any part of the world and to do all such other things as may be considered to be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above aims and objectives or any of them.
These measures will contribute to reducing unemployment rates, promoting entrepreneurship, and improving economic and financial knowledge and opportunities for individuals in Nigeria and Africa.
